By placing an order, creating an account, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Services
247 WordPressed provides the following categories of services to small businesses:
- WordPress website design and development:- fixed-price packages across multiple industries
- Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation
- Managed WordPress maintenance:- ongoing monthly plans
- Custom development and add-on services
Service descriptions, deliverables, and timelines are outlined on our Services and Pricing pages. By placing an order, you confirm you have reviewed and accepted the specific scope for that package.
2. Ordering and Payment
2.1 Placing an Order
Orders are placed through our website and processed via Stripe. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorised to make the purchase and that all information provided is accurate.
2.2 Pricing
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of all fees for the stated package deliverables. Prices are fixed as published on our Pricing page at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices for future orders.
2.3 Payment
Full payment is required at the time of order for one-time packages. Monthly maintenance plans are billed on a recurring basis from the date of activation. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store payment card details.
Fixed-price packages include exactly what is listed in the package description. Anything outside the stated scope is treated as a custom request and quoted separately.
3. Project Process
3.1 Client Brief
Following your order, you will receive a brief to complete. Your timely response is required to begin work. Delays in completing the brief may push back your delivery date. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required information.
3.2 Revisions
Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds as stated in the package description. A revision round is defined as a single consolidated list of changes submitted after reviewing a delivery. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are charged at our standard hourly rate.
3.3 Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines are stated on each package. These are estimates, not guarantees. We will notify you of any significant delays. Timelines begin from the date your completed brief is received, not the date of order.
3.4 Approval and Launch
The project is considered complete and ready for launch once you have given written approval following the final revision round. Any post-launch changes are treated as new work unless covered by a maintenance plan.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information in your brief and throughout the project
- Respond to requests for feedback, content, or approvals in a timely manner
- Ensure you own or have the rights to any content, images, or materials you provide
- Not provide content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable
- Maintain your own backups of website files and databases where applicable
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership on Completion
Upon receipt of full payment and written project approval, all custom design work and code created specifically for your project is assigned to you. You own the final website.
5.2 Third-Party Components
Websites built by us may incorporate open-source software (including WordPress core, themes, and plugins) and licensed third-party components. Your use of these components is subject to their respective licences. We are not responsible for changes to third-party software after delivery.
5.3 Portfolio Rights
Unless you specifically request otherwise in writing prior to project commencement, 247 WordPressed reserves the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials.
6. Maintenance Plans
Monthly maintenance plans are provided on a subscription basis and may be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued for maintenance plans.
Maintenance services are limited to the scope described in the applicable plan. Emergency support outside normal maintenance scope may be quoted and invoiced separately.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 247 WordPressed shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from third-party service outages (hosting, Stripe, Google, etc.)
- Issues arising from client-provided content, plugins, or modifications made after delivery
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Disclaimers
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes from our SEO or website services. Results vary based on numerous factors outside our control.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maryland, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted to our website. Your continued use of our services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
