How does ordering work?

Browse the packages above, click Order, and you'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout. Once payment is confirmed you'll receive a welcome email with your client login and a content brief to complete. Work begins once we receive your brief.

What do I need to provide?

We send you a simple content brief after ordering — this covers your logo, brand colours, copy for each page, and any images or photos you want to use. Don't have copy? We offer copywriting as an add-on at $80 per page.

How are revisions handled?

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds (listed in each package). A revision round means a consolidated batch of changes — not individual back-and-forth tweaks. Revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at $85/hr.

Do you need my hosting details?

Yes — once you place your order we'll ask for your cPanel or hosting login to set up WordPress. If you don't have hosting yet we can recommend and configure AsuraHosting or similar shared hosting which is ideal for WordPress.

Can I cancel a maintenance plan?

Yes. All maintenance plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice. There are no cancellation fees.

What is the minimum SEO commitment?

SEO is month-to-month but we recommend a minimum of 3 months to see measurable results — search visibility doesn't change overnight. The GET FOUND audit is a one-time deliverable with no ongoing commitment.

How does payment work for web design packages?

Yes. Website packages are paid in two parts: 25% at checkout to start the work, and the remaining 75% invoiced when the project is complete. Checkout shows the full package price and the amount due today.

Will my site be built on WordPress?

Yes — all standard website packages are built on WordPress. This gives you a platform you own, easy content management, access to thousands of plugins, and no monthly platform fees beyond your hosting. Custom / non-WordPress builds are available under the Custom Development section.

Is the pricing in USD?

Yes, all prices are in USD. If you're outside the US, Stripe will handle currency conversion at checkout.

How do I track my project progress?

Every client gets access to a dashboard where you can view your order status, read project update notes pushed by our team, and manage your account and billing.
