No. Standard packages can be ordered directly online via Stripe. This form is for custom projects, questions, or anything that needs a conversation first.
Every order comes with a client dashboard login. Once your order is placed you can log in and see live project status updates.
Yes. Website packages are paid in two parts: 25% at checkout to start the work, and the remaining 75% invoiced when the project is complete. Checkout shows the full package price and the amount due today.
Select "Custom development" as the enquiry type and describe what you need. We'll scope it and send you a fixed-fee quote.
Entry packages: 5–12 days from receiving your content brief. Growth packages: 12–18 days. E-commerce and upper packages: 16–28 days.
If we haven't started work, yes — full refund. Once work has begun, refunds are prorated based on completion. See our Refund Policy for the full terms.
