This Refund Policy applies to all services purchased from 247 WordPressed at https://247wordpressed.com. By placing an order, you agree to this policy. Please read it carefully before purchasing.
All sales of completed digital services are final. Refunds are only available in the specific circumstances described below.
1. One-Time Website Design Packages
Before Work Begins
If you request a cancellation before we have received your completed brief and before any design work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund. To request a cancellation at this stage, contact us within 48 hours of your order at [email protected].
After Work Begins
Once your brief has been received and design work has commenced, the following applies:
- 0–25% project completion: 50% refund of the purchase price
- 26–50% project completion: 25% refund of the purchase price
- 51% or more project completion: No refund
Project completion percentage is determined at our reasonable discretion based on work completed at the time the cancellation request is received in writing.
After Project Delivery
Once the completed website has been delivered for your review and approval, no refund is available. If you are unhappy with the delivery, please use your included revision rounds to request changes.
Refunds are not available on the basis of a change of mind, a decision to no longer proceed with the project, or dissatisfaction arising from client-provided content or brief.
2. Monthly Maintenance Plans
Maintenance plans may be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ written notice. No partial refunds are issued for the current billing period. Your plan will remain active until the end of the paid period following your cancellation notice.
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged for a maintenance plan, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate and correct any billing error.
3. SEO Packages
SEO services involve ongoing work and strategy that begins immediately upon order. As such:
- Monthly SEO plans may be cancelled with 30 days’ notice — no refunds for the current period
- One-time SEO audits or setup packages are non-refundable once work has commenced
SEO results are not guaranteed as they depend on search engine algorithms and other factors outside our control. Dissatisfaction with search engine results does not constitute grounds for a refund.
4. Add-On Services and Custom Work
Custom development work, add-ons, and bespoke services are quoted individually. Refunds on custom work are evaluated case by case. Once a custom deliverable has been provided, no refund is available unless the deliverable materially fails to meet the agreed specification.
5. Duplicate Charges
If you believe you have been charged twice for the same order, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order details. Confirmed duplicate charges will be refunded in full within 5 business days.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number, the service purchased, and the reason for your request
- Requests must be submitted within the timeframes specified above
- We will respond within 3 business days to confirm receipt and advise next steps
- Approved refunds are processed via Stripe back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days
7. Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account and services.
